This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

SPRING 2025 YOUTH REGISTRATION

Youth Fees (1st thru 8th Grade):

Bantam (1st thru 2nd) - $250

Bantam (3rd thru 4th) - $400

Youth (5th thru 6th) - $400

Youth (7th thru 8th) - $600

Uniform ordering information can be found at www.hebronlax.com.  Uniform Orders need to be placed no later than Feb. 1st from the Team Lax online store.

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $50 discount on the 2nd registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your Family's Discount rates.***

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain current US Lacrosse Membership
  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.
  • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Membership Lookup.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
